By creating an account on Lehaka, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for what happens under your account. Keep your password secure, and let us know right away if you think someone else has access to it - you can log out of all other sessions from Account Settings.

Acceptable use

Don't use Lehaka to harass or abuse other users, post content that's illegal or infringes someone else's rights, impersonate another person, spam, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service. Content and behavior that violates this can lead to a warning, a mute, a ban, or account deletion at our moderators' discretion.

Content you post

You keep ownership of anything you post - text, photos, audio, or video. By posting it, you give Lehaka the license needed to display it to other users as part of the normal operation of the site. You're responsible for having the rights to anything you upload.

Marketplace and listings

Gear listings, gigs, and service listings are posted directly by users. Lehaka doesn't process payments, isn't a party to any transaction between users, and isn't responsible for the condition of items sold or the outcome of any arrangement made through a listing.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Account Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our community guidelines.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Lehaka after a change means you accept the updated terms.
